According to a report by Ryan Wood of USA Today Sports, Reed disclosed that his chest injury originated from a hard hit sustained early in the Chargers game. Despite playing through the discomfort since then, Reed anticipates no change in his status for the upcoming game against the Chiefs, providing a boost to Jordan Love and the Packers offense.
