Affidavit: Fmr. Bronco Von Miller accused of ‘applying pressure’ to woman’s neck…

Former Denver Broncos player Von Miller, now a Buffalo Bills linebacker, is facing allegations of assaulting his pregnant partner in Dallas. According to an arrest affidavit, Miller and the woman, in a relationship for seven years, had an argument at their Dallas apartment.

Miller, visibly angered when she refused to travel on her upcoming birthday, allegedly shoved and pushed her, demanding she leave.

As she gathered her belongings, Miller recorded the altercation on his phone, continuing to push and shove her despite her pleas about her pregnancy.

The affidavit states that Miller applied pressure to her neck twice, causing pain but not affecting her breathing. The woman managed to start recording on her phone as she left, capturing another instance of Miller allegedly placing pressure on her neck.

The altercation resulted in minor abrasions on her hand and bruising on her neck. Despite the serious allegations, Miller has not been arrested at the time of publishing.

This incident follows a previous investigation in January 2021, involving Miller and the same woman, where charges were not filed. Miller, a highly decorated player, attended high school in DeSoto, a Dallas suburb, and excelled at Texas A&M.
