Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray is reportedly contemplating a January transfer move for Wolves’ midfielder Mario Lemina, who joined the club at the beginning of this year for a fee of around £10 million.
The acquisition of Lemina has proven to be an astute piece of business, with the 29-year-old consistently impressing in his midfield role. His presence has injected much-needed physicality and determination into the Wolves’ lineup, complementing the technical skills of players like Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho, as Wolves fans had long desired.
Lemina’s stellar performances in the Wolves jersey have not gone unnoticed, piquing the interest of Galatasaray, where he previously played during a loan spell from Southampton in the 2019/20 season, amassing 28 appearances for the Turkish side.

Given Lemina’s numerous standout performances since his arrival at Wolves, it seems unlikely that Wolves would entertain the notion of letting him go, especially in the middle of the season. This echoes the sentiment regarding Pedro Neto’s potential exit – an idea that Wolves are unlikely to endorse.
