Smith, who hadn’t practiced on Wednesday, marking his first absence this season, was sidelined due to a shoulder injury.
Following the practice, Head Coach John Harbaugh didn’t delve into details about the injury.
Nonetheless, Smith doesn’t appear too concerned. On Thursday, he shared a light moment with his fellow linebacker Patrick Queen, playfully mentioning his plan to wear a cowboy hat for Sunday’s game in Arizona.
In addition, rookie running back Keaton Mitchell, who was dealing with a hamstring issue, also rejoined the practice on Thursday, raising the possibility of his participation in the upcoming game against the Cardinals.
